Podlegając Dyrektorowi ds. inżynierii fasad, będziesz współpracować z doświadczonymi inżynierami przy opracowywaniu i ocenie rozwiązań termicznych dla złożonych przegród zewnętrznych budynków, pomagając zapewnić efektywność energetyczną, zgodność z normami i rozwiązania projektowe najwyższej jakości.

Twoje główne zadania:

• Pomoc w wykonywaniu obliczeń wartości współczynnika przenikania ciepła (U) dla zestawów elewacyjnych, w tym systemów szklanych ścian osłonowych, okładzin i paneli nieprzeziernych.
• Udział w modelowaniu i ocenie mostków termicznych i analiz wartości psi dla indywidualnych detali połączeń.
• Nauka obsługi i stosowanie oprogramowania, takich jak Bisco, Therm, Trisco lub podobnych, do modelowania właściwości termicznych.
• Pomoc w tworzeniu jasnych i dokładnych raportów z obliczeń termicznych do dokumentacji projektowej i przedłożenia klientowi.
• Uczestniczenie w tworzeniu detali fasad poprzez identyfikację obszarów zagrożonych termicznie i proponowanie ulepszeń.
• Bieżące śledzenie odpowiednich przepisów budowlanych i norm dotyczących charakterystyki energetycznej (np. ISO 10211, BR 497, EN ISO 6946).
• Uczestnictwo w spotkaniach zespołu projektowego, dzielenie się opiniami na temat wpływu różnych materiałów i systemów na właściwości termiczne.

Wymagany profil

Absolwent (lub status studenta ostatniego roku) w dziedzinie fizyki budowli, inżynierii mechanicznej, technologii architektonicznej, inżynierii fasad lub pokrewnej dziedziny. Podstawowa wiedza na temat przenoszenia ciepła, projektowania izolacji i właściwości przegród zewnętrznych budynków.

Znajomość oprogramowania do symulacji termicznej (np. Bisco lub Therm) będzie dodatkowym atutem, ale zapewniamy szkolenie. Znajomość programu AutoCAD lub innych narzędzi do rysowania; znajomość programu Revit lub platform BIM będzie dodatkowym atutem.Chęć do nauki i rozwoju umiejętności technicznych w kierunku projektowania fasad i fizyki budowli.

Znajomość brytyjskich przepisów budowlanych, norm lub certyfikatów zrównoważonego budownictwa (BREEAM, LEED).

Umiejętności językowe: wymagana znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.

Your responsibilities

As part of a new position, the Kyotec Polska Design Office, based in Warsaw, is looking for a:

Thermal calculation engineer M/F
based in Warsaw (Poland)

Reporting to the Facade Engineering Manager, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop and evaluate thermal solutions for complex building envelopes, helping to ensure energy efficiency, compliance with standards and design excellence.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assist in performing U-value calculations for façade assemblies including glazing systems, curtain walls, cladding, and spandrel panels.

• Support the creation of thermal bridge assessments and psi-value analyses for bespoke connection details.

• Learn and apply software tools such as Bisco, Therm, Trisco, or similar to model thermal performance.

• Help generate clear and accurate thermal calculation reports for project documentation and client submission.

• Contribute to façade detailing by identifying areas of thermal risk and proposing improvements.

• Stay up to date with relevant building regulations and energy performance standards (e.g., ISO 10211, BR 497, EN ISO 6946).

• Participate in design team meetings, offering input on thermal implications of various material and system choices.

Requirements

Degree (or final-year student) in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Façade Engineering, or a related discipline. Basic understanding of heat transfer, insulation design, and building envelope performance. Familiarity with thermal simulation software (e.g., Bisco or Therm) is preferred, but training will be provided. Competency in using AutoCAD or other drawing tools; familiarity with Revit or BIM platforms is a plus. Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in façade design and building physics.

Vos responsabilités

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, le Bureau d'Études de Kyotec Polska, basé à Varsovie recherche un ingénieur en calcul thermique H/F basé à Varsovie (Pologne).

Rattaché au Responsable de l'ingénierie des façades, vous travaillerez aux côtés d'ingénieurs expérimentés pour développer et évaluer des solutions thermiques pour des enveloppes de bâtiments complexes, contribuant ainsi à garantir l'efficacité énergétique, la conformité aux normes et l'excellence de la conception.

Ainsi, vos principales missions de sont :

• Aider à effectuer les calculs de la valeur U pour les assemblages de façades, y compris les systèmes de vitrage, les murs rideaux, les revêtements et les panneaux d'allège.

• Contribuer à la création d'évaluations des ponts thermiques et d'analyses des valeurs psi pour les détails de connexion sur mesure.

• Apprendre et utiliser des outils logiciels tels que Bisco, Therm, Trisco ou similaires pour modéliser les performances thermiques.

• Aider à générer des rapports de calcul thermique clairs et précis pour la documentation du projet et les soumettre au client.

• Contribuer à la conception des détails de la façade en identifiant les zones à risque thermique et en proposant des améliorations.

• Se tenir au courant des réglementations en vigueur dans le domaine du bâtiment et des normes de performance énergétique (par exemple, ISO 10211, BR 497, EN ISO 6946).

• Participer aux réunions de l'équipe de conception et donner son avis sur les implications thermiques des différents choix de matériaux et de systèmes.

Profil recherché

Diplômé (ou étudiant en dernière année) en physique du bâtiment, génie mécanique, technologie architecturale, ingénierie des façades ou dans une discipline connexe. Compréhension de base du transfert de chaleur, de la conception de l'isolation et des performances de l'enveloppe du bâtiment.

La maîtrise des logiciels de simulation thermique (par exemple, Bisco ou Therm) est préférable, mais une formation sera dispensée. Maîtrise d'AutoCAD ou d'autres outils de dessin ; la maîtrise de Revit ou des plateformes BIM est un plus.

Connaissance des réglementations britanniques en matière de construction, des normes ou des certifications de construction durable (BREEAM, LEED).

Compétences linguistiques : besoin de communiquer en polonais et anglais.
